From stocking shelves or preparing food to checking customers out or cutting meat, you're what makes our stores memorable.
Associate Team Leader
Average Pay: $43,000
Our stores are separated into nine different teams full of talented Team Members. As an Associate Team Leader, you help make those Team Members' lives easier. You'll lead and develop their careers, as well as have a rock-solid plan to keep your team running smoothly.
Average Pay: $57,000
You're the leader of your team. You're a person who can wear many hats. Some days you're buying products and determining profits. The next you're training a Team Member to further their career. At the end of the day, your team is a reflection of your work. And that's something to be proud of.
Associate Store Team Leader
Average Pay: $73,000
You’re the right-hand to the Store Team Leader. You help lead all aspects of store operations. From hiring and mentoring to merchandising and logistics, you know how all the pieces fit together. You have the answer for everything, and Team Members feel confident turning to you day-in and day-out.
Store Team Leader
Average Pay: $99,000
You’re the head of your entire store. You set the tone through how you lead, how you plan and how you work. Leading a large team excites you as much as seeing the smiles of customers as they leave your store. At the end of the day, you’re driven by bettering your community and the lives of your Team Members through your work
