Whole Foods Market Internships

Niharika came in at a very challenging time where we were in the middle of several large projects that would be almost impossible for someone new to get up-to-speed on. She was willing to take on a challenging part of the project and has consistently shown a 'Just Get It Done' attitude, while also being very open to Learning and Growing throughout her time with us. Throughout the process, we have hit several roadblocks and none of them have changed her attitude or willingness to work on finding another path. She embodies the model Whole Foods Market team member with her attitude, kindness, curiosity and willingness to persevere.

Erika has been a wonderful addition to the Assortment Analytics Team this summer! She exemplifies the "Learn & Grow" value by diving deep into the data using critical thinking and asking great questions. Thanks to Erika's quick learning, she has already been able to provide a helpful assortment of recommendations to our stakeholders!

If I could describe my internship in one word, it would be inspiring. I was inspired by the people, the culture, the products, the store and everything that goes into making Whole Foods Market “Whole Foods Market”.

I had such a great time meeting all the other interns and Team Members; everyone has been so helpful. I was able to learn how to apply all the things I learned in college in a real-world setting.

Being an intern at Whole Foods Market has empowered me to take initiative. When we attended the Women in Leadership panel, I saw a lot of powerful career-driven women who were in leadership roles and it kind of redefined what corporate America looked like in my head.

Sophia has been a tremendous asset this summer. She has wrapped her arms around a large-scale, highly impactful project focusing on Amazon allocations. In addition she looks for opportunities to jump in and lend a hand wherever possible. We love having her as a part of the team!
