Senior Change Management Lead
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Leads or consults on change management projects inclusive of change planning, authoring change communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Partners with Merch Enablement Learning and Development (L&D) to identify training needs to support change efforts as it relates to Team Members, process, and tools.
Understands how change management will impact business needs or goals.
Contributes to development of processes, templates, and ways of working.
Collaborates well with cross functional Teams and Teams Members.
Delivers clear, concise updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and escalate appropriately to Team Leader.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in change management, strategic/business planning, or project management.
Experience implementing change initiatives within an organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and establishing accountability frameworks (e.g., RACI matrices).
Experience navigating large retail organizations and collaborating across multiple business functions.
Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Solution oriented and team players.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
