Job Description

The Team Member Services/HR Reporting and Dashboards team is dedicated to delivering timely, accurate data and analytics across multiple platforms, including Workday, AskTMS (Salesforce), and Quick Sight dashboards. This team plays a pivotal role in providing insights through Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as supporting ad hoc reporting requests. Committed to maintaining data integrity, we ensure our customers have seamless access to the critical information they need to make informed, confident decisions.The Senior HR Reporting Analyst will be the lead owner of the TMS/HR Quarterly Business Review, a comprehensive people analytics package presented to senior leadership. This package plays a crucial role in driving strategic actions aimed at enhancing the Team Member lifecycle and tracking progress on key internal initiatives. In this role, you will support various programs that assess and impact the Team Member lifecycle, collaborating across all TMS teams. Reporting directly to Whole Foods Market’s Head of Reporting and Dashboards, you will work closely with members of TMS Centers of Excellence and other teams. As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between internal stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple projects and initiatives while demonstrating strong planning and communication skills.This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

Responsibilities: 

  • Regularly organize meetings with Center of Excellence leaders and deliver data and analytics to senior leaders 
  • Provide direct consultation and analytics support to TMS stakeholders including C-suite level leadership.   
  • Maintain the highest level of attention to data accuracy from all stakeholders to maintain confidence in data integrity  
  • Extract and analyze data, writing reports, and/or presenting results to internal stakeholders.   
  • Develop and/or assist Team Members with presentations and creation of slide decks.   
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships with competing stakeholder goals.   
  • Drives coordination of business reviews and provides consultation, goal setting, reporting, and business process improvement recommendations to other CoEs and leaders. 
  • Defines analytical approach, reviews and vets with stakeholders. 
  • Leads and executes entire projects from start to finish, including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of analysis and recommendations. 
  • Monitors Business Analysis metrics to identify patterns, trends, and emerging challenges. 
  • Devises new/enhanced methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. 
  • May provide advice and guidance to less experienced Team Members.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or similar discipline, or equivalent experience.   
  • Program management experience across multiple teams, tracking and meeting multiple deadlines.   
  • Leading meetings with senior leaders, fielding requests and providing internal consulting to address complex organizational challenges.   
  • 3+ years’ experience working in or supporting analytics.   
  • 3+ years’ experience with Workday reporting or a similar HRIS system preferred.   
  • Comfort with ambiguity and occasional rapid change in project and priority focus.   
  • Ability to communicate, written and orally, the results of complex analysis in easy-to-understand terms.   
  • Growth mindset, regularly identifying learning and development opportunities to advance their skills and the team’s capabilities.
