We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Business, Customer, and Marketing Analytics Team. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Strategic Insights: You’ll provide data-driven guidance and present actionable insights that empower leadership and teams across the company to make informed decisions that directly impact our business and customers. You’ll be a key player in strategic discussions, helping to drive business initiatives with data and curiosity.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting and analytical processes. Your collaborative spirit will help shape better, more efficient solutions that impact how we work together and make decisions.
  • Analyze and Synthesize Data: Dive deep into business, customer, and promotional performance data from both internal and external sources. Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers that can shape our future strategies.
  • Communicate Clearly & Effectively: Transform complex data into easily digestible insights for a range of audiences, from leadership to team members. Your storytelling through data will be essential in helping us drive meaningful change.

Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • Experience with market syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator), shopper insights solutions, and visual analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of data structure and relationships.
  • Strong experience in identifying patterns and trends across multiple data sources using advanced analytical methods.
  • A proven ability to develop clear visualizations and concise presentations that turn data into actionable insights.
  • A passion for retail and the ability to work across departments to drive business growth.
  • A self-starter with an innovative mindset, great attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field (MS or MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 4+ years in a relevant analytical role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Retail Experience: Familiarity with pricing, merchandising, operations, and profitability drivers is a plus.
