Join Our Dynamic Merchandising Team in Austin as a Senior Item Management Specialist!We're seeking a passionate individual to join our Item Management team, where you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing crucial support and driving efficiency. As a vital part of our team, you'll take on diverse responsibilities including data management, administrative tasks, and program execution support. You will foster clear communication across multiple stakeholders while contributing to overall operational efficiency through effective planning and coordination.Additional Information:This role will be based in Austin, TX and follows our 5-day in-office model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your understanding of Store Operations and Category Management to troubleshoot discrepancies and support various teams.
  • Excel as a problem solver, tackling issues with Excel files and application anomalies.
  • Conduct data audits to maintain accurate data alignment and contribute to application improvements.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with business partners, ensuring smooth collaborations.
  • Assist in report generation and provide backup support for various team members.
  • Prepare documentation for cross-functional teams and respond to stakeholder inquiries promptly.
  • Take on a mentorship role, guiding and training new team members and specialists.

Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience; Associate's degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard business software such as Word and Excel is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for data presentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Everclear and ticketing platforms such as Data Monster preferred.
  • Store operations knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally.
