Senior Real Estate Program Manager, Office Space Planning

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize space utilization, review occupancy data, and develop solutions for emerging business requirements. You'll lead stakeholder meetings to align on project priorities, review progress on ongoing initiatives, and ensure workspace solutions meet both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals. Throughout the day, you'll apply your problem-solving skills to address escalations and keep projects moving forward.This role must work out of one of our Operational Area offices or Austin, TX and be in office 5 days per week.

• Lead strategic workspace planning initiatives, developing comprehensive solutions that optimize space utilization while enhancing employee experience
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business requirements into actionable real estate strategies and workspace solutions
• Oversee complex facility projects including new location openings, expansions, and renovations from conception to completion, including oversight of key design elements
• Develop and maintain critical program metrics, ensuring data-driven decision making for space allocation and utilization
• Collaborate with and serve as a project resource for move vendors, external project managers, architects, and furniture, art, signage, and décor vendors
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across business units, creating effective communication channels and resolving escalations promptly

Additional Qualifications:

• 2-4 Years Real Estate project Management experience
• Experience using space planning tools/software (CAD, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Ability to travel on occasion for 2-3 days at a time (quarterly)
