Join Our Team as a Space Planning Business Analyst! Are you passionate about transforming business processes and improving efficiencies? Do you thrive on using cutting-edge tools to create impactful solutions? If so, we’re looking for a Space Planning Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

What You’ll Do: 
In this pivotal role, you’ll engage with functional and operational leaders to understand their goals and challenges, driving improvements in processes and workflows. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop and refine team procedures, processes, and tools for planogramming, setting new standards for excellence. 

  • Assist team leadership in developing and delivering training programs for Space Planning software and business processes. 

  • Supporting the Merchandising Presentation team by enhancing their skills and ensuring best practices are embraced. 

  • Leading Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives, partnering with internal and external experts to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences. 

  • Leveraging your space planning and category management expertise to influence an evolving team while collaborating with leadership.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant Space Planning experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). 

  • Proficiency in space planning tools like RELEX or Blue Yonder, with hands-on planogramming and data/assortment analytics experience. 

  • A solid grasp of BPI methodologies and data analysis to identify and act on process improvement opportunities. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences and situations. 

  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • A detail-oriented approach to analyzing workflows and processes. 

  • The ability to identify alignment between team projects and broader organizational goals. 

  • A commitment to delivering impactful results while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
