Job Description

Manage all aspects of store operations. Lead and develop Associate Store Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Team Members.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest retail standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance are being met or exceeded at all times.
  • Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
  • Use expertise to positively influence situations and effectively communicate ideas and changes to Team Members.
  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
  • Use creative and innovative thinking to build sales and legendary customer service, effectively address problems, and successfully adapt to the market and competition.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions that contribute to the growth of the store and region.
  • Inspire Team Members, set clear expectations and develop Team Members to excellence.
  • Support Team Member growth and development by promoting a culture of training.
  • Lead in understanding, implementing, and living the company Core Values.

The wage range for this position is $113,333.00 - $141,666.50 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
